Create a walk-in prospect with follow-up

A person walks into the gym and wants prices. What should staff do?

Steps

  • Search People by phone first. If not found, use Add New Prospect.
  • Enter full name, phone country code, phone, gender if known, source as Walk-in, client rep, expected plan, and medical/GST details only if available.
  • Keep Create this prospect as an opportunity enabled.
  • Set opportunity stage to first stage, expected plan, expected closure date, and follow-up action.
  • Create task as call, WhatsApp, visit, tour, or follow-up with due date/time.
  • If customer buys now, open POS for the same person, select plan/add-ons/payment arrangement, review GST/proration, collect payment, and send/download invoice.

Correct outcome

One person record, one opportunity, one next task, one invoice/payment if sold, and correct member state after checkout.
