Transfer a membership

Question

Member wants another branch/location.

Steps

• Open Commerce Transfer or profile subscription transfer.
• Select Subscription, From gym, To gym, Transfer type, Effective date, Transfer fee (INR), and Reason.
• Choose Permanent for branch move without return date. Choose Temporary only when transfer policy allows temporary transfers.
• For Temporary transfer, enter Temporary end date and keep it within the configured temporary max days.
• If transfer fee is charged, collect the fee invoice through payment link, terminal, or approved offline method.
• Submit request or complete transfer based on policy, then verify destination, entitlement, access setup, and audit entry.

Correct outcome

Membership access moves without creating a duplicate subscription.
