Send and complete a waiver

Question

Customer must sign a waiver before trial, membership, class, or PT.

Steps

• Create or verify waiver template in Admin/Waiver with correct title, content, applicability, trial/plan links, and active version.
• Open the person profile or POS/signup flow and choose the correct waiver request.
• Send the self-serve waiver link through an enabled provider or copy/share the link through an approved manual channel.
• Customer opens the tenant-aware self-serve waiver page, reviews content, enters signer name/email/IP context when requested, and completes.
• Staff opens profile documents/waivers to verify signed status before allowing service if policy requires it.
• If the link fails, check token status, tenant, expiry, and person profile before resending.

Correct outcome

Signed waiver is linked to the correct person, staff can see completion, and service is not blocked by missing paperwork.
