Class is full, someone cancels late, and waitlist member wants entry.

Steps

  • Open Class List and the specific class detail. Confirm capacity, waitlist capacity, booking window, cancellation cutoff, trainer, room, and current status.
  • For cancellation before cutoff, record normal cancel and move/welcome the next waitlisted client if the workflow allows.
  • For cancellation inside cutoff, record late cancel; do not manually erase the late-cancel evidence.
  • Check whether the waitlisted member is eligible: membership/trial status, active trial window, remaining allowance, and no access block.
  • Send group/status message only to selected recipient statuses and only through configured provider/sender.
  • After class, mark attendance/no-show and complete the session.

Correct outcome

Capacity, waitlist, late-cancel policy, eligibility, messages, and attendance reports stay consistent.
