Steps
- Open Admin Staff, Staff Permission Template, Password Settings, or the staff profile depending on the issue.
- For new staff, invite with correct email, role, permission template, and location access. Staff should accept the invitation and set their own password.
- For password issue, use reset/invite workflow instead of sharing another user password.
- For permission change, choose the correct template or explicit permissions and record why access changed.
- Ask staff to log out/in and verify only the expected pages/actions are visible.
- Review Audit Trail for sensitive permission or password-policy changes.
