Steps
- Open POS, select the customer, select the yearly plan, and add joining fee/add-ons if applicable.
- Set Payment arrangement to EMI / installments.
- Enter installment count and billing cycle details according to gym policy.
- Use checkout preview to confirm first invoice, schedule, tax, and outstanding balance.
- Collect first installment by configured payment method and send invoice/payment link as needed.
- Use reports/transactions for future dues and collection follow-up tasks.
Correct outcome
The plan remains yearly, the payment schedule represents installments, and reports show paid/outstanding amounts correctly.
