Build and schedule a report export

Question

Owner wants daily dues, sales, or attendance report automatically.

Open Reports, choose the exact report template, and set explicit filters: date range, location, status, staff, category, and output columns.
Run the report once and inspect rows for expected members/invoices/tasks/classes before saving.
Save the filter/view with a clear name if it will be reused.
Create report schedule only for trusted filters and approved recipients.
Use Run due schedules to test schedule execution when safe, then check export/run history.
If a scheduled report looks wrong, inspect filters first before assuming data is wrong.
