Move a lead after a tour and schedule the next follow-up

A prospect visited the gym, asked for a tour, and wants a callback tomorrow. What should sales staff do?

Steps

  • Open Opportunity Board and filter to the responsible owner or search the prospect.
  • Open the opportunity card and confirm the person, phone, source, current stage, expected plan, latest task, and profile link.
  • Use Book Tour or log the completed tour task outcome with notes that describe what happened.
  • Move the opportunity to the correct configured stage only after the real tour happened.
  • Create the next follow-up task with task category/type, owner, priority, due date/time, title, and notes.
  • Check Sales Calendar or Tasks to confirm the follow-up appears for the correct owner/time.

Correct outcome

The same person keeps one opportunity, the tour outcome is recorded, the stage reflects reality, and tomorrow callback appears in Tasks/Sales Calendar.
