How do PT packs become usable sessions?

Steps

• Sell PT pack as add-on or plan with session balance in POS.
• Confirm checkout created session entitlement/balance on the person profile.
• Book PT appointment from Schedule or profile Booking tab.
• Booking the PT appointment immediately reserves/consumes one session from the active session-pack balance.
• Mark attendance, no-show, or cancellation from Schedule so service history and balance stay reconciled.
• Regular cancel restores the consumed session according to policy; late cancel, attended, and no-show appointments do not restore it.
• If staff cancels inside the appointment category cancellation cutoff, SquareOS records the action as late canceled even when the regular cancel button was used.

Correct outcome

PT balance moves through sale, booking, attendance, cancellation, and reports without manual spreadsheet tracking.
