Steps
- Open the existing person profile from People, Check-in, POS, Schedule, or Inbox.
- Review Overview for active subscription, e-wallet, outstanding balance, pinned notes, medical warning, and recent activity.
- Use Transactions to select the invoice, download/send invoice, generate/copy/send payment link, collect allowed payment, or inspect refunds/tokens/mandates.
- Use Booking or Check-in to confirm upcoming appointments/classes and record attended, no-show, canceled, or check-in only after service eligibility is clear.
- Use Subscriptions for freeze, transfer, upgrade, and status history instead of editing invoice or identity fields.
- Use Activity Feed/Internal Note for staff context and customer channels only when provider readiness and sender account are healthy.
Correct outcome
Finance, service, and communication evidence are updated on the same profile without exposing staff-only notes or provider references.
