Member is traveling or has a medical reason. What should staff do?

Steps

  • Open person profile or Commerce Freeze.
  • Select a subscription from the list. Only subscriptions that allow freeze and are Active or Frozen should appear.
  • Enter Start date, End date, and Note/reason. Use the configured freeze type/policy where the backend exposes it.
  • Submit request or apply according to permission/policy and explain access/billing effect to the member.
  • Review subscription state, access eligibility, invoice/payment effect, freeze history, and audit entry.
  • Use Stop only to end a valid freeze and Void only when the freeze entry itself was wrong.

Correct outcome

Entitlement is paused cleanly and reactivation/stop behavior is visible.
