Before you start
- Cancellation cutoff minutes determines when regular cancel becomes late cancel and whether consumed PT/session balance is restored.
- Use subtypes only when staff need specific variants under the category.
- Virtual appointments should use virtual link rules; physical appointments should respect room/trainer conflicts.
Daily workflow
- Create appointment category before front desk books sessions.
- Test booking, regular cancellation, late cancellation, attendance, and no-show with a session-pack member.
- Review PT dashboard and person profile balance after testing.
