Before you start
- Waiver template fields are Code, Waiver title, Trigger, Trial applicability, Subscription applicability, Change summary, Applies to trial, Applies to subscription, Publish this version now, and Content.
- Code is the stable internal identifier. Waiver title is the visible title staff recognize.
- Trigger controls when the waiver is expected: Manual, Trial, Subscription, or Guest.
- Trial applicability can target any trial or a specific trial definition. Subscription applicability can target any plan or a specific membership plan.
- Applies to trial and Applies to subscription tell SquareOS which workflows should look for this waiver.
- Change summary should explain what changed in the new version so staff and auditors can understand why it was republished.
- Publish this version now should be used only after the content is final and approved.
- Content is the actual waiver text shown to the signer. It should be complete, readable, and aligned with gym/legal policy.
Daily workflow
- Create draft waiver, review content with the owner/legal reviewer, set trigger/applicability, then publish.
- Send a test waiver to an internal profile and confirm signed waiver status appears in the profile documents.
- When policy changes, save a new version rather than rewriting old signed history.
Watch out
- Do not mark a waiver Active only because the title looks correct. Check trigger, applicability, and content together.

Migration Center
Migration Center is used when an existing gym is moved into SquareOS from another system. It stores source-system profiles, uploaded archive files, import jobs, validation, preview, and execution status.
GST & Invoice Settings
GST and invoice settings control the legal invoice identity, numbering, SAC/HSN classification, GST snapshots, credit notes, and GST export batches used by checkout, refunds, reports, and finance reconciliation.
