Before you start
- Use location scope carefully. A single-gym view and all-access view answer different operational questions.
- Check-in numbers depend on front desk and access devices attaching arrivals to the correct person profile.
- Operational alerts should be resolved in the owning page: People, Schedule, Transactions, Staff Roster, Communications, or Audit Trail.
- Recent activity is a pointer to records, not a substitute for opening the person, booking, invoice, or audit row.
Daily workflow
- Front desk opens Operational Dashboard at opening and verifies current-day check-ins, upcoming schedule, and alerts.
- Manager reviews unresolved facility/member/staff issues during the day.
- At closing, compare dashboard activity with Staff Roster, Schedule attendance, Transactions, and Audit Trail.
Watch out
- Do not treat dashboard counts as final finance or payroll evidence. Use reports/transactions/roster/audit for closeout.
