- Use one option per line where the UI asks for line-separated values.
- Avoid too many choices; messy settings make front-desk lead capture slower and reporting weaker.

- Review pipeline language with sales staff before launch.
- Save convertibility and interest options, then create a test prospect/opportunity to confirm the dropdowns are clear.
- Update options only after checking reports and staff usage.

- Do not rename live options casually because old records and reports may become harder to interpret.
