Staff Shell, Navigation, and Header

Before you start

  • Use global search before creating new people. It searches people, phone, email, and client ID so staff can avoid duplicate records.
  • Use the location scope switcher only when you intentionally want to view all accessible locations or one specific gym.
  • Toggle sidebar collapses or expands the navigation rail without changing the active page, tenant, location scope, or selected workflow.
  • Use the Create menu for fast prospect, walk-in tour, walk-in trial, or walk-in member starts; still complete the downstream People, Trial, POS, and Opportunity forms correctly.
  • Announcements and notifications can come from the current workspace or other accessible workspaces; check the workspace label before acting.
  • Language and profile/preferences controls are personal display/account controls, not gym master-data settings.

Daily workflow

  • Start each shift by confirming the brand/location scope in the topbar.
  • Search by phone or client ID before opening a profile or creating a new prospect.
  • Use quick create only when the person or workflow truly does not already exist.
  • Review announcements and unread notifications, then archive or mark read only after acting.
  • Open personal preferences from the profile menu for password, notification, availability, and display settings.

Watch out

  • Do not use the global Create menu to bypass duplicate checks or provider/payment readiness.
  • Do not ignore support impersonation banners; actions taken during impersonation are audited.
  • Use the left menu to open related pages in Admin Settings.
  • Use Ask Docs for questions that are already covered in this public documentation.
