What this page is for
Sales Calendar shows follow-ups, tours, reminders, and scheduled sales work on a time grid.
Who should use it
Sales, front desk, manager
Where to find it
/crm/sales-calendar
Before you start
- Use calendar when the time matters, such as tours, calls at requested times, and renewal callbacks.
- Use task list when staff simply need an ordered work queue.
- Sales Calendar filters by anchor date, task category, task type, and staff. These filters change visible CRM tasks only, not Schedule service bookings.
- Calendar views are Day, Week, Work Week, Month, Agenda, and Trainer View. Work Week hides weekend days; Trainer View groups CRM events by assigned staff.
- Clicking an empty calendar slot opens Create Task prefilled to that slot time. Clicking a calendar event opens task detail for edit/outcome handling.
- Print Calendar is for physical desk handoff and should be used after filters and window are correct.
Daily workflow
- Choose anchor date and filters, then pick Day/Week/Work Week/Month/Agenda/Trainer View depending on the handoff needed.
- Create a calendar task from an empty slot for a committed call/tour time, with owner, category, type, priority, title, repeat mode, and comments.
- Open an event to edit schedule, log outcome, mark completed, or cancel/skip after the real result is known.
- Print calendar only when a physical desk handoff is required.
- Drag or reschedule only after confirming the customer requested or accepted the new time.
Watch out
- Calendar is not a class/appointment scheduler. Use Schedule for service bookings.
