Person
One human record in the system. A person can be prospect, trial user, member, ex-member, staff-linked contact, or payer.
Prospect
A person who has not yet purchased an active membership but is in sales follow-up.
Opportunity
A sales deal or commercial conversation linked to a person.
Task
A scheduled action that staff must complete, such as call, WhatsApp, email, visit, tour, renewal, or collection.
Trial
A limited access offer that tracks session allowance and trial outcome.
Plan
A sellable membership product with duration, price, tax group, and service behavior.
Add-on
An extra sellable item such as locker, PT session pack, dance pack, or nutrition consult.
Joining fee
One-time extra charge collected during sale, separate from base plan price.
Payment arrangement
How the customer pays for the sale: paid in full, recurring contract, or EMI/installments.
Billing cycle
The recurring billing anchor such as signup date, 1st, 5th, or 15th of month.
Proration
Partial first-cycle billing when membership starts mid-cycle.
EMI / Installment
A sale where total contract value is collected in multiple scheduled payments.
GST group
Tax configuration applied to invoice lines, such as CGST + SGST.
Payment link
Customer-facing link to pay an invoice from their own device.
Terminal collection
Payment collected on a registered POS/terminal device.
Session balance
Usable entitlement count for PT or eligible session-pack services.
Freeze
Temporary pause of a subscription according to reason, fee, and dates.
Transfer
Movement of membership between locations or gyms.
Upgrade
Change from current plan to a higher or different plan with effective date and fee/credit.
Audit trail
System record of who changed what, when, and from where.
