Where to find it
/client-management/active-clients
Before you start
- Search by phone, client ID, or exact name before changing subscriptions, bookings, or payment state.
- Confirm active membership, expiry, unpaid invoices, freeze state, PT/session balance, and upcoming bookings before allowing service.
- Use profile Subscriptions for lifecycle actions; use Transactions for invoices/payments; use Booking for check-ins, classes, PT, and trial history.
- If a member is active but cannot access service, check subscription status, freeze dates, unpaid balance, booking eligibility, and access-device events before editing master data.
Daily workflow
- Front desk opens Active Clients when a current member walks in or calls.
- Open the member profile, confirm current plan and dues, then perform the needed action: check-in, invoice download, payment link, PT booking, class booking, freeze, transfer, or upgrade.
- For trainer handoff, check medical history, pinned notes, PT balance, and today bookings before the session.
Watch out
- Do not create a new person because a member is missing from this filter. Search All People first; the member may be expired, frozen, irregular, or under a different lifecycle state.
