Check-in

Check-in is the member arrival and access-control workspace. Use it to verify the person, membership/access eligibility, and current-day facility entry.

Where to find it

Before you start

  • Search by phone, client ID, barcode, keyfob, or exact name before recording arrival.
  • Confirm active membership, freeze/expiry state, unpaid access-blocking dues, and correct gym/location before allowing entry.
  • Use access-device registration only for the correct person. One barcode/keyfob/device identifier should not be reused across people.
  • Manual check-in corrections should include a factual note so attendance, reports, and audit stay explainable.

Daily workflow

  • At entry, search the person and verify the profile summary.
  • If eligible, record check-in or confirm the device event landed on the right profile.
  • If not eligible, open profile to resolve expiry, freeze, dues, missing waiver, or access-device mismatch before overriding.

Watch out

  • Do not use check-in to sell, renew, or edit plans. Use POS/Profile lifecycle actions, then return to check-in after state is correct.
  • Use the left menu to open related pages in Memberships and Payments.
  • Use Ask Docs for questions that are already covered in this public documentation.
